Available paths by plan

Let each customer take the next sensible action.

Not every job should be booked blind. We map calls, estimates, photos, scheduling, and urgent escalation to the service and capacity of the business.

CALL

Urgent or high-trust work

Put a visible, tap-friendly call path where a real conversation matters.

ESTIMATE

Structured project details

Collect service, ZIP, property type, timing, and useful context before the callback.

PHOTOS

Better first assessment

Add controlled media intake when storage, privacy, access, and retention are approved.

BOOK

Right-sized scheduling

Connect booking only for services and time windows the team is prepared to honor.

Sample Lead Rescue workflow

Catch the opportunity while the crew is still moving.

Each connection is activated only after the destination, fields, consent, fees, and account ownership are verified for the selected plan.

  1. 01

    Capture

Service, location, urgency, property type, preferred time, and optional photos.

  2. 02

    Acknowledge

Clear on-screen confirmation, plus a tested email or SMS reply only when included.

  3. 03

    Route

Assign the office, estimator, technician, inbox, calendar, or CRM that owns the next step.

  4. 04

    Follow up

Use documented estimate reminders, missed-call recovery, and neutral review requests when configured.

The current HatterHosting inquiry system stores every valid submission in a protected owner inbox. Outbound alerts and client integrations are enabled only after verified configuration; SMS and call recording are not assumed.

Built around the trade

Five intake systems—not one generic form.

The questions, urgency language, proof, and call path change with the job. State and local licensing, permit, code, tax, warranty, and contract requirements remain client-reviewed.

General contractor & handyman

Scope list, property type, occupied or vacant status, budget range, timing, and project photos.

02

Interior or exterior, rooms, approximate size, surface condition, color readiness, access, and photos.

03

Plumbing

Leak, no-water, sewer, fixture, shutoff status, property type, urgency, and safe escalation language.

04

Electrical

Outage, panel, EV charger, lighting, property type, permit questions, and emergency boundaries.

05

HVAC & roofing

No heat or cooling, active leak or storm damage, equipment or roof age, urgency, and service-area fit.

One website · Two buying journeys

Serve homeowners and property teams without mixing the message.

Commercial and property-management opportunities often need documentation, coverage details, and vendor onboarding—not a residential estimate form.

HOMEOWNER PATH

Make the immediate need easy to explain.

  • Request an estimate
  • Call for urgent help
  • Send project photos
  • Choose a preferred visit window
  • See trust, process, and financing information
PROPERTY & FACILITY PATH

Make vendor qualification easy to start.

  • Request a vendor packet or service agreement
  • Share property count and work-order process
  • List COI, W-9, license, or onboarding requirements
  • Ask about emergency coverage and response area
  • Route to the commercial owner inside the business

Compatibility over captivity

Keep the tools the crew already knows.

HatterHosting can connect an independent website to supported scheduling, field-service, estimating, accounting, payment, email, inbox, and customer-management workflows.

We confirm the available connection, software fees, account ownership, consent fields, and data destination before promising an integration.

The response-speed business case

Put a dollar value on the follow-up gap.

Use your own assumptions. The calculator does not predict revenue; it makes the cost of unanswered or stale opportunities visible enough to manage.

Estimated monthly opportunity represented$7,794

This is a planning estimate, not a revenue forecast or guarantee. It shows why response speed and consistent follow-up deserve measurement.

Find my lead leaks

Measure work, not vanity

See whether the site is helping create jobs.

Basic plans track first-party calls to action and forms. Deeper reporting can add response time, qualified leads, estimates, wins, booked value, and cost per lead when the business supplies reliable CRM or workflow data.

A sensible step for each stage.

Plain answers

Know what is live, optional, and yours.

Do I own my website, domain, and leads?

You control the domain and core business accounts. After final payment, you receive the agreed custom content, files, data exports, and administrative access. Third-party licenses and offboarding terms are listed in your written agreement.

What happens if I cancel?

The written proposal confirms contract term, cancellation notice, final billing, handoff timing, licensed exceptions, and how long exports remain available. We do not rely on ambiguity as a retention tactic.

Can you connect my current office or field system?

Often. We first verify the supported connection path, account ownership, software fees, fields, consent, and destination. The website remains independent of any one outside platform.

Are missed-call texts included?

Only when specifically scoped, configured, and tested. SMS uses separate consent evidence, sender identification, and opt-out handling. It is not activated from a general contact checkbox.

Can customers send project photos?

Photo-ready intake is included in Local Lead Engine and above when the storage, access, retention, and privacy workflow is approved. Trade Launch can add it after scope review.

Do you guarantee rankings or leads?

No. We build sound technical, local, and conversion foundations, then measure real actions. Rankings, lead volume, booked work, and revenue depend on competition, reputation, operations, demand, and other factors.

Can one site serve homeowners and property managers?

Yes. The two audiences can receive separate calls to action, evidence, intake questions, and handoff rules without duplicating the whole site.

Which costs are separate?

Domain registration, paid plugins, third-party software, phone or messaging usage, advertising, premium photography, complex migrations, and external integration fees are separate unless the proposal says otherwise.
